    sobrang mahal kasi bentahan ng cauliflower sa palengke at baket ba kasi sinasama pa yung dahon sa pag kilo ehh hindi naman kinakain yun haha

    kaya lang naman lagi rice kasi nga mura, pero kung parehas lang prices nyan ay chicken breast oats at kamote nalang.

    Ansarap naman kaso sa mga taong dala dalawa work (full + part time) hirap mag hanap ng oras mag luto.

    Nasa metabolism din yan. Noong teen ager ako tag isang plato kanin kada kain at payat pa rin ako.
    Ngayon high blood na ako pina pa diet ako ng doctor. Halos hindi na ako kumakain ng kanin pero over weight pa rin ako. Hindi na kasi gumagana ang metabolism ko kaya naging fats na yong carbohydrates kahit kaunti lang kinakain hindi na nag metabolize kaya na iipon at tumataba na ako.

      yes because our metabolism slows down kapag nasa 25s 30s 40's and above... normal lang na mabilis metabolism ng mga bata to teenager kahit 3-4 plato ng kanin okay lang kasi kelangan nila yun para lumaki sila.... pero pag full grown adults na di na natin kelangan kumain ng kumain
      rule of thumb:
      25s - 1 cup rice
      30s - 3/4 cup rice
      40s and above - half cup rice

    Root crops bk pwede ipalit, kamote, patatas, casava. 1 cup rice talaga dapat 3x a day

      Lahat ng sinabi mo carbs pa rin yan. Mais, potato lahat yan kasing taas din ng din rice pagdating sa carbs. 😂

    I beg to disagree sa verdict ni ate na pareho ng lasa hahahaha.. i eat cauliflower rice and there is no way na magagaya nya ang lasa at texture ng kanin.

      samee, i tried the cauliflower rice before and sobrang different ng lasa sa white rice. ang tapang ng amoy masyado pag cauliflower HSHAHAHHA nakakaumay :((

    We are on the modern world metric na ginagamit ng buong mundo, pounds pading ginagamit nyong panukan sa timbang? Amerika nlng gumagamit nyan! Gusto tlgang gumaya gaya sa amerikano.

    Huwag tayong basta nagpapaniwala sa mga sinasabi ng mga dalubhasa, ang rice ay healthy ,, ate na tumaba ,subukan mong tanggalin ang mga inihahalo mo sa rice! Gaya ng karne, at wag mo ring ifry initin mo lang ang kanin hindi prito ,wag ka gumamit ng mantika but olive oil ,at maggulay ka ,wag mo sisihin ang white rice sa pagtaba mo ! Dahil walang kasalanan yan , gaya ng niluluto ng lalake dito hindi healthy , subukan mo maggulay at prutas at kanin , walang prito prito or karne sa diet mo ,iwasan mo mamantika, try it in 1month and see what happened .

      Cguro patay gutom ka sa white rice kaya nga daming may sakit or diabetes dahil sa unli rice.

    What a useless video. It's not w healthy alternative given all those processed seed oil and gmo corns. In fact, those two things cause high inflammation. It's extremely unhealthy. There are tons of rice alternativesz but they only featured cauliflower. The video offers no susbtance. Total waste of time.
