Farmers don’t use chemicals. Why would they use chemicals? Their only job is to pick out the food. Chemists are the ones that spray chemicals on the plantations to supposedly “keep away” the bugs and other pests but that’s not even true. It’s just to poison us.

I agree, I have no issues with eating brown/red rice (I havent seen black rice in my hypermarket).
The problem is, I do not know is it free from arsenic or not.
Since now I eat vege/protein first, then only lastly rice. I think it should be fine that I eat white polish rice since I think I should not have glucose spikes compared to the normal way of eating carbohydrates first before vege/protein.

Among the four types of rice, for me, the healthiest is black rice because I believe that black rice is for people wanted to lose weight; it will not spike sugar levels, and its nutrients and white rice are not healthy aside from will spike sugar levels it has lower fiber. So thank you for this information, and I love your videos.

While black rice very likely is healthier than brown rice, the prices online if it isn't available locally tend to be quite steep compared to brown rice, which can be basically the same price as white rice, which is to say, dirt cheap.
White rice is still effectively the cheapest because you could potentially store it dry for hundreds of years before cooking, while bascially any variety with its bran will go rancid in less than a year.

From now on I’m going to quit eating white rice and eat brown rice a lot more. Because the amount of white rice that I eat in portioning is just crazy. Since I’m a rice-aholic, I’m just going to pick a healthier alternative of rice. My diet is clean and strict. But I need to quit eating white rice cause I think it can affect me in some way so I’d rather be safe than sorry. So from now on, I’m going to eat brown rice. I like brown rice anyways. It’s just it takes longer to cook than white rice.

Rice is much more complicated than this video implies. There are hundreds of different varieties of rice. White rice is not a variety, merely brown or red rice with the bran and germ removed. If you are health conscious, eating white rice makes no sense. It should also be noted that rice is often grown in low lands, where runoff from mining or manufacturing can lead to high levels of arsenic. If you are not sure of your rice, you should boil it in excess water and then pour off the water after the rice is cooked. As is pointed out, black rice, with the bran and germ intact, is probably the most nutritious rice.

None. Rice (and all grains) have phytic acid. Thats the defense mechanism of the seed. Keeps it from releasing nurturance until it gets wet (rained on) and even then it takes hours to release the phytic acid. If you each Rice (or any grain) that phytic acid is also binding to essential minerals in your body and takes them out with waste.
