Hi Tim, Lovely fly, been tying similar and just ordered the camo fritz a few days ago. Will be using this Saturday at Grafham. What I also like is the info about how to fish, where to fish, best methods that anglers new to a water will find very insightful if they listen. Big fan of your work 👍👍
Hi Tim, lovely fly. Do you ever use glue or varnish on your beads? Nothing worse than tying up some flies and first time you use it, catch 3 or 4 fish and the colours coming off the bead.
No I dont put any extra treatment on the beads . Generally steer clear of cheaper products as the finish can wear . These beads are from Fastmail tackle . Also it depends where you are fishing , concrete bowls or gravel banks can play havoc with flies and lines ! Cheers for watching .
