A trick to avoid the zucchini leaving water, before starting to cook the sauce and chicken, put salt on the zucchini noodles and let them drain, all the water will be out and dry them in paper towel and you're good!

I’m seriously addicted to this and considering suing him for my new addiction 😂. I do the noodles first, put them in a strainer over a bowl so it can drain and pat them dry it helps with the water not being in it. Well I did that until I figured out that they cook faster with the water 😂
My grocery store sells them already spiralized and they’re fresh. I found mine in the part of the produce section where they have the fruits and veggies that have already been sliced up. Check your nearest grocery store too.

A suggestion about your noodles. I find that if I put them in a colander and sprinkle a little salt over them. Then allow them to sit for 15 minutes or so that much of that water drains out. You can then give them a light rinse and squeeze some more moisture out with a baking towel. Then you can place them in a skilet with some bacon fat or butter and they will brown up and it gives them a great flavor and not that slimy texture. Just my 2 cents.

You can actually draw the water out with some salt.. prior to cooking. Just sprinkle some salt on the noodles and let it set for 20 minutes, then pat dry with some paper towels.
This recipe save my marriage lmbo jk but seriously I'm on keto and hubby was not this allowed me not having to cook 2 dinners thanks my black brother you save me a hour.

I slice my zucchini noodles like fettucini...wide noodles. Then, airfry them for a bit to reduce the moisture.
