    I love that this recipe isnt zucchini noodles trying to be normal noodles just embracing its own wacky weird thing. Looks real good.

    It is nice pasta salad but too much apple cider vinegar to me. I would substitute the apple vinegar with water and olive oil and tea spoon of apple vinegar.

    Thanks for the video, be healthier if you used lemon or lime instead of vinegar. Celery also has a high amount of processed natural salt. For raw food purest’s, better if the the sun dried tomatoes are soaked in room temperature water.

    • @cIeetz
      @cIeetz ปีที่แล้ว +14

      usually people who eat raw have digestive issues in the first place. thats alot of fiber to eat the skin and vegetables usually have skin to deter creatures from eating them. theres a reason people peel cucumbers and zucchini, hard to digest. yes if ur juicing it u could leave the skin on, but unless its organic I also wouldnt recommend cause they add wax to them

    • @pakbowl420

      @@pakbowl420 If it is non-organic, you want to peel it due to pesticides; also you can get parasites if you don't really wash it in vinegar or veggie wash.

      When I make zucchini noodles I’ll use yellow squash. That way I can maintain the look of pasta and still get the nutrition in the skin. I guess I have an iron stomach!
