Had a Tesla recruiter contact me a few weeks ago. Did all the interviews, and they sent a congratulations text saying that an offer letter will be coming my way in a couple days!

How much time would it take to get official offer letter after submitting background and drug screening bro?

Thanks for the informative video. I just applied for a Control Room Operator position at their Fremont, CA facility. I got a message that they got my resume and application, but so far nothing of it. I check the Tesla Connect site but nothing so far. It's been about 3 weeks. Maybe with the layoffs happening everywhere they might be hesitant on new hires?
Could be. Hiring also slows down just a bit this time of year.
I was hired and they wanted me to sign a few i-9 documents. It would not let me state that I live in California and kept denying it as if that's a requirement not to live here. No replies either to get assistance and it's been two months already.
I just got hired waiting on my start date , you can apply for something else cause after 6 months you can pick what position you want

Ive heard they pay for your insurance. Thats a big thing for me for the family. Is this true?
I'm in California by the Fremont factory and wondering if they pay overtime after 8hrs or 40hrs? I know their shifts are 12hrs long.
I got approached and i dont know what to do. Its my dream company and im just afraid of moving to Nevada and starting over not knowing if the work environment would be toxic or if id be me living in the factory working all the time.
Should i go for it?

Interesting, I just a received a conditional offer pending a background check. The recruiter said it was the highest level he had ever seen offered,15k equity. I must have made an impression before the interview began, while waiting for the interview I ran into the guy who gave me the nickname "The Machine" I mumbled the 3 famous words during the interview proficiency, consistency, efficiency as I explained routine and structure while expressing the enjoyment I would find in the duties of the position.

just be positive and show your love and pation to the brand i wasnt thinking that i was going to get chosen but i got and im starting in aug this year 🎉
also had you ever had experience working on cars i have plenty but decided to go to the tesla start program to better inform myselft with the dinamics and functionallity of their vehicles plus they pay for the tuition you have to keep 80% of more so you have to be fully comitted also you have to relocate but awesome offer so far to improve

hi, i found in linkedin some engineering jobs. it states the salary is $80-300k per year. does tesla really have employees with $200-$300k a year salaries?
Probably 150k base pay with 40-50k bonus potential

Where I live, there are Tesla showrooms and that’s about it. I was wondering two things, since I’m turning 16 soon and that the minimum to work there, how much would I earn an hour, and what is it like working at the showrooms?
