You should check out his Space X walkthrough on the official SpaceX channel. His mind operates on another level. He knows the ins and outs of Everthing. Pretty inspiring.
As much as I love his passion too, he is living it with money from other people. Some do have the money to waste, others did not, yet, theirs has been burnt too.
How long will it take to people to realise that there’s not enough lithium and cobalt on earth to make more than one or two million battery cars per year? - there are 80 million cars sold every year. If we stop doing anything else we can at best cover 2-3% of the global car market with EVs. And this is not considering making trucks, like Tesla pretends to do, where one truck consumes the lithium and cobalt of 20 cars. Mass market EVs are a nonsense, as much as electric trucks - until a better battery technology is discovered. Toyota has long been the most innovative car manufacturer in the world and there’s a reason why they have refused to make EVs. And the reason is not that Toyota leaders are stupid and Musk is a genius.
Andreas Lindhé Yeah he did a good job being an introvert and not putting Elon on the spot like some "professional" interview. Elon didn't feel much pressure from marques which allowed him to speak authentically and in depth.
I was thinking the same. You know how often an artist is way more comfortable on stage than off stage. This is clearly Elon's stage. Amazing to see. He's also probably the only CEO with a tech company out there who actually spends so much time on the work floor. I think that if you share his passion and work ethics he's an amazing boss to work for. By the way, lots of respect for Marques as well. Nice interaction going on there. Sounds like he could actually work there. Nice one!
Lmao maybe be is, because of didn't "inherent" his billions but earned it. But old money billionaires, the ones who's names you don't know about. The ones that own banks, the World Banks, that own islands, are most definitely not "normal people" And I don't mean that necessarily in a bad way. But they've been living in billionaires world for so many generations, and grew up knowing nothing but being billionaires, they literally do not and cannot fathom what it's like being "normal people". They live in a completely different world.

Thank you for sharing this video! Elon respecting his employees is a big plus !! This is how a company continues to be successful because of its employees. Thank you
Excellent video. We are all striving for financial freedom and a better way of life. It is not difficult to achieve this with wise investing, economical lifestyle, and careful budgeting. I'm pleased I learnt early on to work hard for financial independence.
In my opinion, venturing into a good investment is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment books the challenge is using it well
@@Victoriataylor5668 sincerely, I’m truly inspired by your words. I’m very interested in investing and I have got a good sum of money which I’m ready to put in with the right information. My biggest fear is losing my money on the wrong investment. For this reason, I’m willing to listen to your suggestions and ideas on how to invest wisely.
@@anyadni As an OAP with a lot of experience, I firmly believe that the success of any investment depends on having the right information, regardless of what others say, do whatever you set your mind to. Warren Buffer always says "be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy". This is certainly the trick to succeeding even when others fail. I made $100,000 working with ALICE ELAINE HAYHURST a licensed financial adviser. It’s been a promising experience so far with her.
I see why he works so many hours now, he's not the typical CEO that just tells his people to "fix it." He has the ability to fix anything himself and fix it well so he is highly involved in the process.
RyanWSprague he's a engineer he lives to fix things and make things to fix common issues he's more than a "CEO" and for societies case a person with lots of money
He understands enough to work with the engineers to get the problems fixed. Instead of telling engineers "hey, make this run faster", he figures out whats going wrong so he can tell the engineers what they need to do to make it faster. For example, telling these robots to cut out the middle turn table. He can't program them himself to do it, but instead of letting them decide the turn table is not necessary, he figures it out so the engineers can implement it. Great work!
You can tell by his words, emotions, and gestures that he is genuinely trying to impress Marques. You can clearly see his passion in everything he talks about in the factory.
Exactly what I got from this as well! That's why it broke my heart to see Marques ignore his remark about how two days ago he was called down from Germany. Looked like there was a whole story there he wanted to tell, he looked so proud haha (for lack of a better word). (I'm obviously reading way too much into this)
+Max M You can tell Marques was overwhelmed by it all. He probably loses sleep thinking about all the questions and dialogue he should have had. What an awesome privilege to get intimate time with Elon like this.
He's so down to earth. Doesn't feel like he's the king in his own factory. Treats the assembly people as equals. That's one of qualities that make a great leader.
The fact that the richest man of the world apologizes to his employe for interupting his work, and then asks politely if he is okay with being on youtube. That is just mindblowing
And who pays his workers well, those guys on the floor are being paid between 20-25 dollars an hour, that's a decent wage especially considering over time. Now all those jobs are leaving California and going to Texas all because the Democrats running California got it into their heads that Musk had to pay directly to the party coffers in return for operating in California, a lot of those workers will leave California and move to Texas as well, the loss in tax revenue might actually cause California to go bankrupt.
Elon is just so into all the intricacies of the factory & the production & he again makes sure his team is ok being on camera for the interview. His compassion & concern for others is remarkable.
I have a question my friend, Why aren't they using a helmet? , Is not necessary while you're inside the factory or isn't that necessary in that section? I'm just curious hahaha

10,000 employees in one factory, maneuvering with bicycles and speeding forklifts, and then Elon Musk apologizing to employees for getting in their way. What a place to be.
They make almost 20 bucks an hour.... in an area where that is a solid wage. 20 bucks an hour in Cali blows, 20 bucks in that area is pretty good. They are doing good for themselves
$20 USD per hour x 40= 800 / 35% TAX W'2 (fraud btw) = $520 a week x 4 = $2,080.00 a month. An average living situation in that part of town. Rent a room $600-$800.00 a mo. I know when I was a kid I used to build Mousetrap-like contraptions and LEGO cities and then take my parents through them and explain everything that was going on. He sounds so excited and you can tell he loves what he does and thinks it is the coolest thing ever.
You should check out his Space X walkthrough on the official SpaceX channel. His mind operates on another level. He knows the ins and outs of Everthing. Pretty inspiring.
@Dex4Sure did you seriously just call people sheep? Lol edgy bro

One of the few interviews where Elon seems comfortable speaking. Good job Marques, you must have done something right to achieve that.
Andreas Lindhé
Yeah he did a good job being an introvert and not putting Elon on the spot like some "professional" interview. Elon didn't feel much pressure from marques which allowed him to speak authentically and in depth.
It's cause Elon isn't talking to a dumbass journalist this time.
Nice one!
oh stop exaggerating, so fucking annoying. You act like you know him. Every tour he acts the same way... -.-
Too many people talk to him about money and not enough about technology

Elon is the most respectful dude I’ve ever seen. He is proof that someone with billions of dollars and a high social status is just a normal person
Lmao maybe be is, because of didn't "inherent" his billions but earned it. But old money billionaires, the ones who's names you don't know about. The ones that own banks, the World Banks, that own islands, are most definitely not "normal people"
And I don't mean that necessarily in a bad way. But they've been living in billionaires world for so many generations, and grew up knowing nothing but being billionaires, they literally do not and cannot fathom what it's like being "normal people". They live in a completely different world.
There is nothing normal about Elon.
@Joseph Gutierrez guarantee you have no what you're talking about
@Joseph Gutierrez I just finished reading his biography - he definitely isnt normal, but not in a bad way
@Joseph Gutierrez He solved the Australian Power crisis in 100 days. The government had been trying for almost 2 years. What is normal about that?
5:10 like how Elon interrupts the workers and apologizes to them, then asking them if they are ok with to be filmed. still humble
He’s a billionaire who could treat them like peasants but he doesn’t.
*Wyatt B* , if he treats them like peasants, they might as well leave the company and he will lose money and good workers. Don’t be ignorant.
Moe Laza
If people are gonna leave the company others will join. He won't lose money and good workers are everywhere. That is reality.
Lando B. Not really lmfao you clearly never worked in a warehouse. Most people in this industry drag ass and don’t hustle socwhen you get the ones that do? You want to keep them.
Usually very successful people are instead the most humble ones, we know like Bill Gates,Richard Branson, Warren buffet, Jeff Bezos are so grounded.

@@Brittany-reeds Thank you, Going through her profile on her webpage out of curiosity, and surprisingly she seems proficient. I appreciate this.
This crap again??.
I think for a company that innovative it coudlnt be other way : that company need a strong leader with a vision
You need to see Koenisegg’s CEO
He understands enough to work with the engineers to get the problems fixed. Instead of telling engineers "hey, make this run faster", he figures out whats going wrong so he can tell the engineers what they need to do to make it faster. For example, telling these robots to cut out the middle turn table. He can't program them himself to do it, but instead of letting them decide the turn table is not necessary, he figures it out so the engineers can implement it. Great work!
but he black
You can tell by his words, emotions, and gestures that he is genuinely trying to impress Marques. You can clearly see his passion in everything he talks about in the factory.
Exactly what I got from this as well! That's why it broke my heart to see Marques ignore his remark about how two days ago he was called down from Germany. Looked like there was a whole story there he wanted to tell, he looked so proud haha (for lack of a better word).
