How to ensure that the military will not repeat the same movement again
Mass strikes, paralyzing the movement of thugs that try to stop democracy. Overwhelm them with numbers. Keep lines of communication away from official channels like cell service and internet providers. No military can manage with most of the civilian population in open rebellion. Keep resistance/sabotage of transportation networks to sever military supply lines.
You’re deluded if you think the military can’t force another coup if they don’t like what is happening. It happened once, it can happen again.

It is of utmost importance for individuals worldwide to acquaint themselves in detail with each of the Thai Senators, including both those who embrace democracy and those who serve under authoritarian rule. Their commitment to democracy or authoritarianism can be discerned from their voting behavior. If they genuinely respect the will of the people, they will exercise their right to vote, rather than abstaining.
At present, a member of the current government is attempting to dissolve The Move Forward Party and its coalition, comprising a total of 8 political parties. The argument put forth is that a statement within the coalition's memorandum of understanding (MOU) enables The Move Forward Party to have a disproportionate control over the coalition. The Election Commission has been given the responsibility to decide whether to transfer this matter to the constitutional court. The current government appears to be employing every possible means to prevent the formation of Mr. Pita's government.
Today, 22 May 2023 Pita will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with his coalition. It remains to be seen whether the senators under the control of the dictatorship will support Pita's candidacy as prime minister. Additionally, there is anticipation regarding the judges' decision on whether Pita's ownership of a small fraction, specifically 0.0012% (42,000 shares out of 4,000,000,000 shares), in a media company will affect his eligibility. The outcome of these events will determine whether democracy prevails over dictatorship. It is advised to closely monitor these developments.

General Prayut still hopes that the establishment of Mr. Pita's government will not be successful. This result is due to the criteria and political traps he has put in place, and he hopes to return to being the government. He lacks even the slightest sense of democracy.
