We recommend some T45 grade flour, which is the lowest and whitest flour. It corresponds to Type 00 Italian flour, Euro 450 flour type and US Cake flour.

Plain or self raising flour?

I did every thing took me 3 hours to bake on 210 not 15 minutes!
That's 210 Celcius. 400 Fahrenheit.
