    Mera blood pressure 200 se up hi raheta hai aaj se hi ye kapalbhati slow me start kiya hai 3-4 day karne k bad fir se comments me bataunga ki ye bahot achha hai high blood pressure valo k liye. Thanks mem.lot of thanks. 👌👍

    alhamdollillah we muslims do this yoga in our prayers five times a day and many get rid of high bp who perform proper prayers

      The t.co/GsO1JmyXtf has allowed me to to cut back my blood pressure level (accurately 20-point cut) for 2 weeks only of utilizing it. Even so, you will need to exercise for about THIRTY-FIVE minutes daily. All round, I find myself far healthier ever since my blood pressure is no more than my normal.. .

      Vedic yoga has no age ...it's timeless possibly thousands bn thousands of years old... obviously other faiths n civilizations much much later borrowed good things from ayurveda n patanjali. Hope you understood the connection 😀

      Yes prayanama is helpful but if you doesn't get results then you have to add food supplements along with your regular diet and exercise.

    Hello.
    I have a question about high blood pressure.
    It's for my mum. I am a bit worried.
    She is 57 years old. She had some minor heart problems.
    This morning her blood pressure was 159/90.
    After she did her daily exercise - walking up the hill for an hour her pressure drop to 130/80, but now it's high again.
    Can u advise?

      After workout it's good but after some time it's go high again that's means you have to add some natural food supplements in their regular diet.
