How can you love the consistency of this girl. All the people in this video are all malnourished and don’t need to loose any weight . These people are out to get you to subscribed to their videos. Somebody ought to report these videos to the authorities for fraud. Which obese person that you know can loose weight in five to ten days. Please think for a second using your brains and not your sight and these oriental people are born with these kind of genes. I have lost weight twice over the years. The first time I was 145lbs. With daily exercised and diet it took me three months to get back to 110lbs. In 2009 I was placed on a medication for two herniated degenerated disc which I was placed on meds that make me gained weight. As of January I decided to loose the weight I put on with the meds which was 190 lbs. I have lost over 40lbs since the beginning of January with lots of cardio and diet. There is no magic plan for loosing weight. This video is all a lie.

After 6 months of consistency 5 days a week 45 min I went down to pant size 16 and shirt size M or Junior xl. I am so happy. Still doing it along with my indoor walks and run.
Set a time to do this...that way you build a routine That's what I did and have kept to it...even when you feel lazy, just stick w/ the schedule...and yes do will see results 😊
Estoy por comenzar a hacer ejercicios. En la actualidad peso como 93 kilos. Es una muy, muy buena y fácil rutina. En una época atrás era buena haciendo ejercicios y hasta nadadora era. Ahora no hago nada, extraño mucho esa época, Gracias. 17/05/2023 5y 56am. Justo estoy en cama algo enferma. Espero ya mejorar mañana Dios mediante y viendo esto a ver si comienzo mañana o viernes, Amén que así sea.

This work out doesn't make you sweat much....it doesn't work well...sry but it's true😢my weight is 52 and I want to loose 5 kj but these work out didn't work well..😢
