Curious if there is no strenuous exercise instruction, as commonly given for gum grafts?

I've read numerous comments, but unfortunately, I haven't found a single patient who underwent that pinhole surgery and shared their experience. It's disheartening and frustrating not to come across any feedback about it. 😢"
