    this is such great information, I would like to suggest that you, if you have the energy, to re-record it talking much slower and putting the 24 hour items together. Taking notes on this is very difficult giving your format and this is one of the most thorough and helpful videos I’ve seen so I can’t help but think that this stressed out people that are watching it would be helped by this simple move. Thank you for your wonderful service in creating this!

    I had this surgery on 08/04/2024
    And it was so painfull and evening i got so much bleeding.

    Here's the truth. You will NEED painkillers. Massive pain for 3 or 4 days. 8 out of ten for the next 3 or 4. No relief until about ten 10 days. You need to cancel everything for two weeks. Won't even want to get out of bed for 8 days!!! This IS a NIGHTMARE! Doctors LIE!!!!
