Lance is gonna be the one to bring up his doubts to Keith, I bet. What happened on Nacxela really pissed him off, and being an emotionally intelligent and observant person he's going to notice the difference now more so than ever. If Keith is gonna trust the word of anyone other than Shiro, it's Lance. Lance is a big part of the reason why Keith didn't fail as a leader, and Keith trusts him a lot.
Yesssss. Lance seems to be the second closest person to keith, maybe first with how clone shiro has been. I wouldn't be surprised if Lance and Keith end up finding it out first
mysticmajestic you bring up a good point and Lance has every reason to be upset. That was a bad call and Keith listened to him in the heat of the moment. I adore Shiro but he’s been off since his return.
I love Shiro but I’ve been CERTAIN he’s a clone ever since he got pissed when he couldn’t immediately drive the black lion in 3x6, instead of just being happy for Keith that he had grown into his position as leader. S1/2 Shiro isn’t the same as the one we have now
From the moment Kuro came into play, a fight with Keith was already granted imo. With Keith, precisely, because of the bond they share. If they fight, that'll be like cutting the last thread of *dependency* Keith has with Shiro, he'll be able to finally walk and lead on his own (both literal and metaphorically). 😔 It'll be a big moment. And it'll be sad.
i feel like lotor will probably use the fact that keith is also part galra as a way to manipulate him. it also helps that keith is probably at least a little bit grateful that he showed up when he did in the last scene. just a thought
The scene of Keith using the bayard is in Season 3 Episode 6, during the second half where they are fighting Lotor's new comet creation. He says, "Form Sword!"
No... I think the Red Lion forms the sword. I don't think that every generation of paladins down the line ALWAYS had a figure with a sword. And what if say... the Yellow paladin had the sword? Wouldn't that be a bit awkward?
I think that the upgrades for the lions are set. It doesn't matter if the Red Paladin is wielding a slightly different weapon, the upgrade would be the same no matter what it just looks coincidental since both Keith and Alfor wielded a sword. Now that we know for sure, Lance doesn't (he uses a gun), we'll be able to confirm this theory!
I agree with everything you just said. This is not Shiro and when Lotor joins Voltron, Kieth will likely return to the team to keep an eye on him. Though he will be distrusting at first, Lotor may actually earn Kieth's trust for all the reasons you said here; being part-Galra and his want for friends, especially since he feels that he has been holding Team Voltron back. While Lotor may end up manipulating Kieth to his own ends, Kieth may actually see Lotor as a real friend. As you also said; Acxa, Ezor, and Zethrid are likely gonna work with Voltron for their own safety as well and will inevitably see Lotor again. Maybe Keith could end up actually befriending the generals because they are also Galra-hybrids and have a bit more in common with him than he does the rest of the Paladins. That being said he'll likely be working with Lotor, Acxa, Ezor, and Zethrid more than he would his old team. I have a feeling that when everyone learns about this Shiro being a part of Operation Kuron, it'll be too late. Here is my theory for that. While in the middle of an important battle as Volton (still being led by "Shiro") leading the coalition against an important Galra target; Haggar or Zarkon will use some form of mystic way to control the Shiro-clone and end up controlling Voltron, causing the robot to turn against the Coalition. All hope seems lost until Lotor comes in with the comet ships. While he has completed two, he may convince the Paladins beforehand to allow him to construct his third ship so that they have more weapons needed to bring down Zarkon. With a Galra-controled Voltron on the rampage it is up to Lotor along with his crew; Acxa, Ezor, and Zethrid, and maybe even Kieth (to act as a replacement for the late Narti) may end up combing the three comet ships into their own giant robot to combat Voltron. They may end up victorious and may save what is left of the coalition; but after what has happened, no one is ever gonna trust Voltron again so instead they all rally behind Lotor, maybe even Kieth as well because of how much he has possibly bonded with Lotor and the Generals. Now Lotor has what he needs to destroy his father and rule the universe (his own way). That is my theory. What do you think?
We already know Zarkon is "Dying" I know he is currently in a life support system but i don't think that will be able to save him as it appears that his body wont be surviving for long. UNLESS!! What if... "Operation Kuron" is an attempt to extend the life of Zarkon through the transferring of consciousness, essentially Shiro becoming Zarkon. Shiro already met Zarkon on what was basically the Astral Plane, along with the fact that Shiro experimented on by Haggar, AND the fact that Shiro is #NotOurShiro, it leads me to believe that this was planned to have happened. Adding onto the transferring of conscience. Haggar literally does this on three occasions, albeit onto a much bigger Host so why not Shiro?
Keith could literally have been my long lost twin brother if he was in real life cause; 1.I feel rather comfortable to keep distance between me and my friends or my family members, even when we are in the same room together. 2.I always think aboutt the state and health from the people I'm very close with and 'do' sometimes forget I have to think about my health too. I can't even imagine that the Shiro we saw from season 3 to 4, might actually be a clone. I wonder if Keith might find out soon that the Shiro he trusted until he joined the Blade of Marmora, isn't his Shiro.
Team Voltron should know that they lost something valuable with Keith. One Keith is awsome on his own. And two, who’s going to form the sword with Keith gone? I doubt Shiro is able to form the sword, they need Keith but I hope they don’t just go get Keith just because they need a sword.
Ponciana Kely Mporta unfortunately, lance can't. instead of the sword forming from the red bayard, it forms from the red paladin plugging in their bayard. the clip FC included of keith plugging in the black bayard appeared in s3 (her point is invalid, but the clip still applies here). in it, keith formed the sword with the black bayard- not lance, who had the red bayard.
Please do a vid on Keith/Acxa, are they related (siblings? Cousins? Secret twins)? Where is Acxa taking the other generals, could she perhaps have the same Blade of Marmora heritage like Keith?
But if Keith becomes the black paladin again, does that mean real Shiro is RIP? Tbh I hated Keith as the black paladin, but that may have been because of my overwhelming sadness that Shiro was gone and all we had was a clone... 😥
Yeah, they haven't been building on Allura as Black Paladin for seasons like they have for Keith. If they had, in some alternate universe, it would be equally cool. But both are better and more interesting options than Shiro coming back and holding everyone's hands and stopping them from growing.
Hello! If it's not too much trouble, I would love to see a video on Hunk and his character development. I think it would be very interesting to see where you think he will be going as a person, as we don't seem to have too much from him. Love your vids, keep it up!!
5:12 Actually, just watched Season 3, Episode 6, Tailing a Comet, and that scene is in there when Keith is activating the sword for Voltron (@ 18: 39).
everyone has these high expectations like "if we dont get a klance hug whats the point" while im over here like bruh as long as i get even one more episode ill be happy im just starved of new voltron content
I was always under the impression that it was Lotor who was behind Operation Kuron to begin with. Remember when Kuron told them to lower Voltron's shield and allowing themselves to get hit? A second later Lotor tells Acxa "They're going to lower their shield". Also, sending in an impostor to very cleverly break the team apart from the inside using psychological methods isn't like Zarkon at all. Maybe Haggar (just look at how she used Narti), but not Zarkon.
If there are so many similarities between the Paladins of Seasons 1 and 2 and Team Sincline before Narti's death/the generals' betrayal, shouldn't that mean there's one last hybrid Lotor still has to introduce? Like Allura taking the Blue Lion, there will have to be a new addition to Lotor's inner circle, or one we don't know about, to fill the gap Narti has left behind. It could eventually rebuild the trust of the other generals, which had been shattered when Narti was killed and they didn't get a reason why.
I want the REAL Shiro to help Keith with his leading. If Shiro isn't going to lead again, I would love to see Shiro guide Keith into being a good leader.
Um, pretty sure that shot of Keith using the black bayard was in season three. I remember it because he said "form sword" when he used it and I found it odd since the red bayard is supposed to form the sword, not black.
When you said that Keith didn't use the black bayard, I went back and watched some episodes and I saw Keith use the black bayard to form the sword. It was towards the very end of episode 6 of season 3 and only lasted a moment. Also in season four when Keith leaves I didn't see them use the sword and so far Keith was the only one who has a sword as their bayard. So Keith did use the bayard just not as the flaming sword.
Yo I keep seeing people say we never saw Keith use the black bayard in the black lion but he did! He formed sword with it in Season 3 in Tailing A Comet. Not saying I don't expect Keith to make another go at black paladin again but that scene from the trailer isn't anything new! Just thought you should know
You made a mistake. The clip of Keith using the black bayard in the Black lion was in season 3 episode 6 when they were trying to take down one of Lotor's ships. It doesn't have anything to do with Season 5 at all.
... i just realised something (and have no where else really to post this) Where's Sam Holt? My theory: making weapons / machines for the Galra. Sam was taken away to "work camp" due to being unfit for gladiator battles... (FANDOM wiki) Where is he now???
I still think there are more Alfor and Lance are more alike then Keith and Alfor. But the they do have somethings in common. But if you look closely, in season 4, Lance too, starts to act different. The scene of Keith using the bayard is in Season 3 Episode 6, during the second half where they are fighting Lotor's new comet creation. He says, "Form Sword!"
I don't think she reads the comments, cause she said this in her 17min Keith video and a lot of people told her the same thing
That aside, why did Keith use the Black bayard to form the sword? It wasn't as if Lance didn't have his bayard.
Lydia Denny Lance can’t form the sword because his bayard forms a gun. That’s why they couldn’t form the sword in season 4.
No... I think the Red Lion forms the sword. I don't think that every generation of paladins down the line ALWAYS had a figure with a sword. And what if say... the Yellow paladin had the sword? Wouldn't that be a bit awkward?

Nick Williamson I agree with your idea of Keith befriending the Generals
I like it
I feel like Lotor will also start to care about Keith. Like hell betray him, but they will probably cut to a scene of Lotor looking sad afterward.

Nope, season 4 only had Voltron using the canon.
Well uh- Lance will form the sword ;)

I never saw the parallels between Lotor's team and the dynamics of the paladins

Keith is gonna be the black lion, hopefully. He fits it and I love it.
Why does nobody ever talk about Allura's mother though?.....
I was always under the impression that it was Lotor who was behind Operation Kuron to begin with. Remember when Kuron told them to lower Voltron's shield and allowing themselves to get hit? Hi hello i believe in this theory 100% dang fictional crystals your theories are always so good!
... i just realised something (and have no where else really to post this)
Where's Sam Holt?
My theory: making weapons / machines for the Galra.
Sam was taken away to "work camp" due to being unfit for gladiator battles... (FANDOM wiki)
Where is he now???
I need a fanfic about this!! Does anyone know one similar to this??
what a twist
So since Ezor mirrors Lance, Lance will be the one to tell Keith to turn against Shiro.
I still think there are more Alfor and Lance are more alike then Keith and Alfor. But the they do have somethings in common. But if you look closely, in season 4, Lance too, starts to act different. Where is our Shiro?
A few months ago I had a thought. Since we are all pretty much in agreement that we have a clone Shiro, where is our Shiro? Now, this thought is not such a happy one. It will set the fandom on a rage if it happens. What if, to exterminate the possibility of the two Shiros meeting, they kill our Shiro? I wouldn't put it past the Galra.

Hey, what are your favorite headcanons for Voltron? :3

I actually think that in many situations, lotor mirrors Keith more so than Shiro, while Shiro mirrors Zarkon. I wrote a long post about this (toffeecoco1.tumblr.com/post/168103065716/parallels-between-leadership-in-voltron-and-the) so I don't think I need to write it again. But you can look at this in the same way and say that Lotor DID go against his father and take the comet ships, causing him to be a fugitive- so this theory still works, which I think is awesome.
Another reason for why shiro could be a clone
