Megane 3 Dci 1.5 is perfect didn’t change 6 years nothing now I almost hit 300.000 I will change the oil and filters and maybe the belt. But for sur Mercedes didn’t put this in engines in their cars because they know it’s a piece of art.

Depends on your car. Have been driving it since 2018 but nothing but problems. All electrical issues, speakers stopped working, replaced abs, replaced lots of sensors. So it's hit or miss with this car.

Reached 156 000km on 1.5 dci, had to rebuild engine, ironically, it was really well maintained, every oil change was done up to 10k km, not more.

Totally useless film, sorry. It should be named "Specs and basic facts about Megane III"

The only fault I can find with my 2015 is that the Steering occasionally gets very "sticky". I think it only happens after I haven't driven it for a few days. I think the battery may fade a little and the steering can be affected by this. After a day's driving it returns to normal. I hope that is all that is wrong, otherwise it is a beautiful car to drive.

Mine does this, I havent checked when, it seems very random. Slightly annoying whilst driving through France for many hours sometimes, but its not an issue.

Faultless car, when it comes to breakages. However, it is very noisy inside the cabin.

Good to drive, surprisingly! Feels planted on the road. Ample power even with only 86bhp. Door openings too low for tall occupants. Cabin feels very robust and well screwed together in comparison to, say, a Qashqai although the dooors close with a cheap sounding slam just like an Almera. Pedals are offset like many French cars. I can't figure out the fuel & temp gauges at all. The fuel readings never drops below two bars so you're not sure how much is left in the tank and the temp gauge seems stuck between zero and halfway. No issues with the engine. Paint lacquer is prone to peeling on the rear panels. Use only Duracell batteries for the ignition card.
    2010 model. 146000 kms.

i have a 2010 1'5 dci tomtom estate on 94k never let me or my dad down in the 14 years weve owned it it had belts done 2016 and water pump and a new battery...how long does a normal dci clutch last ?

@@johnellery9665 My car has driven 97000 miles. Clutch still feels like new. Gearbox nice and tight as well. A clutch is a wear and tear item so it's lifespan depends to a large part on driving style and how it's treated. 150,000 miles, I would think.
