Is there a reason you are not working to the beat of the music? I found this most frustrating. Any moves for hamstrings and lower back to balance out the dominant ab work, side taps and knee lifts would be appreciated.
Found this by chance. Although, first time trying I didn't get nearly 6000 steps, but it was an excellent workout and brought me over my steps goal for the day! I enjoyed it and most of the moves are fun and easy but worth every step! Thank you! With certain moves I couldn't do all of them I modified with lite jogging.
Something maybe a miss with your counter. My fitbit also shows over 6k steps on this video :) unless of course you did not complete the time or moved at the same pace.

Yana,first of all I just wanted thank you for these type of exercise vidoes. I can't even think of start my day without following your exercise videos. A small request from my side.it would be very helpful if you can suggest me some low intensity pain reliefing execise for my period days. I can't follow do these type of exrcises at that time as I suffer from severe pain.
noooooo please do not add counter on this video. it is one of my favorites... or make a copy with counter. I find that counters make me so mindful of how much time is left in a negative way rather than enjoying and realizing i'm almost there - a way to cheat my brain :)

I would go just for a walk outside if you have severe pain.. or just doing 2000-3000 steps workout..

Please put the number of steps in the screen in your next videos. It's much more helpful esp for those without a smartwatch..
