Awesome Design by studio Romentika. Mr. Oza your concept of exposed brick work and exposed concrete work is just extraordinary. Interiors i think are done by usine architects and it looks good.

Fantastic house with well planned design, greens, etc. Most attractive part is the colour combination of grey tiles/wall and red bricks. And lot of openness.

Great design and details. Amazing work with the bricks. good use of knowledge shared in first year of architecture. Mostly we tend to forget the brick bonds taught to us in our very first year.
Also it is great to see the design responding to climatology, especially the perforation for the wind to get cooler since southern winds tend to be hot due to sunpath.
more like an estate than a house. I wonder what briefing the client gave for this house.

It does a magnificent job of showing me, how poor I really am. :) I will have to get a similar house and maybe a bit smaller with lesser space wastage.
It should be smaller in your opinion, but the client of this house mayy have wanted it big spacious house.
'With lesser space wastage' means a congested building (most probably with more rooms) without sun light or the air coming in the building. Modern architecture gives emphasis on open spaces allowing nature to come in the building that adds grandeur to the façade.
@@ranjanprakash2521 - Exactly. You could be right about architecture. But my personal taste tells that I am not comfortable with huge open spaces indoors especially for rooms. A room size like we get in normal 4,5 star hotels is enough for me. I reiterate, it's my personal taste and it could feel wrong to architectural engineers.
@@Abinash91 i'm an architect and I agree with your views..in this same plot there could have been a much better sensible plan..laymen will like this design for relatively good lookjng finishes, furniture and some landscaping but are not well woven

Very good bungalow in this Lockdown
Good finishes,furnishings etc..but bad architectural planning in 15000 s.ft plot.Also parking area is vague so is the deep c shaped garden area flanked by 1.2 m c shaped verandah..overall layout could have been much better.
This kind of my dream house and I will sure before 2030 I will definitely build my own bungalow

Our country has not yet realised the importance of architects in designing houses. It's always been the home owner giving instructions to the carpenter.
Gradually things are changing. So many houses on our channel too focus on the small plot houses for middle class.

That guy is really have something it's not regular house its really different but what I have seen mostly such type of structures are used for commercial purpose so the owner might be so much business minded I think so

Doesn’t really feel like a home. But really like the brick air filter... if you add a water feature, SUPER cool... at least a good 10 degree lower temperature.
It does have a soul of a beutiful house..perfectly balanced inside out and outside in character.and about water feature..thre are 2 waterbodies incorporated with this plan i think.
@@josephk.j6730 Sure Joseph, but I was referring to a water feature for the brick air filter. There is a water body at entry and flowing water feature on the wall (that wasn't spoken about. However, if you see, the brick air filter, being made of natural materials would function as a cooler too IF you have running water pass through it. Cheers!
