do more research on the subject, you could probably do it yourself. There a lot of videos on TH-cam on how to grow mushrooms. Different mushrooms can grow an different substrate, right now I'm growing some on palm tree chips.

exporting mushrooms? mushrooms have a very low shelf life so i wonder if its even worth to export them into other countries?
