    All good points Gary! Funny that you had this video come out, we're talking about the same topic on our Thursday live show. I appreciate your practical methods and your methodical approach to everything. You've really leveled up the videography game and I'm loving it. Makes it hard to work and listen to you though cause I keep wanting to watch instead.

    Valuable insights. Thank you for sharing! I'm curious to know what the tubes are called that you use on your jars of liquid culture? What are the benefits of them compared with a hole covered with micropore tape?

    "High margin of failures".. You got that right! 😮 🤔
    Great overview! 🫡
    Slow-n-steady wins the race. Thinking like mycelium, acting like a mushroom.

    What was your initial start-up cost when you first started?

    • @FreshfromtheFarmFungi
      @FreshfromtheFarmFungi  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I started as a hobbyist with just a tote and some grain spawn. The biggest investment before going commercial was the flow hood and then sterilizer. The rest of our equipment and space was accumulated over time

    My question is how do you get plugged into the connections in regards to companies and businesses to purchase your mushrooms in bulk?. Once you are netting a certain yield is there some organization you apply to or something?.

      we have a video coming out soon that addresses this topic but every client has pros and cons and the ideal time to seek out those types. there is a good sequence and it's best to naturally grow into larger clients as the business develops. For us, we started at a small local grocer, went to farmers markets, met chefs and small vendors, then took on larger clients. all stages have their challenges
