@@FreshfromtheFarmFungi I've actually bought from you 2 years ago, and I've been cultivating ever since, I still see myself as a newbie at farming, recently got into Cordycep cultivation and your videos have helped me a lot so far

I appreciate your practical methods and your methodical approach to everything. You've really leveled up the videography game and I'm loving it. Makes it hard to work and listen to you though cause I keep wanting to watch instead.

I started as a hobbyist with just a tote and some grain spawn. The biggest investment before going commercial was the flow hood and then sterilizer. The rest of our equipment and space was accumulated over time
My question is how do you get plugged into the connections in regards to companies and businesses to purchase your mushrooms in bulk?. Once you are netting a certain yield is there some organization you apply to or something?.
we have a video coming out soon that addresses this topic but every client has pros and cons and the ideal time to seek out those types. there is a good sequence and it's best to naturally grow into larger clients as the business develops. For us, we started at a small local grocer, went to farmers markets, met chefs and small vendors, then took on larger clients. all stages have their challenges
