I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes and alcohol addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder, got diagnosed with OCD. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. 100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma

I started working at the Mushroom Plant in Madisonville, Texas around 1976 when it 1st opened and back then we used "Wheat Straw" just like they still do now. To the best of my knowledge, they don't use machines to Harvest and they are still Picked by hand.

I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

Mushrooms are grown in controlled environments using a substrate made of organic materials like straw and manure. Modern farming technology includes automated systems for temperature, humidity, and light control to ensure optimal growth conditions. Once mature, mushrooms are harvested, cleaned, and packaged in food factories using advanced processing equipment to maintain freshness and quality.

When the Plant 1st opened and I started, you were "guaranteed" $2.00 an hour while you were Learning (the learning period wasn't very long) and then you were paid $0.25 per basket (I wanna say they were 1 peck baskets). 4 of those in a lug and you'd made a dollar. Most of the People that they hired when it 1st opened were older Ladies (No Offense Intended) that were just out there to have something to do and Socialize while making a couple of Bucks. My 2 Friends and I were 19 year old Males and we were there for the money. It wasn't long before the 3 of us were each making over $10.00 an hour and the Ladies didn't like that. So they moved me to Crew Leader and my 2 Friends were put on running the Forklifts. As a Crew Leader, I was expected to help the Ladies Pick. Their attitudes toward me changed dramatically when it became me picking with them and them suddenly making more money, LOL!

My Dad was a commercial mushroom grower for nearly 50 years. He would have caught a few of the errors right away. Yep. That was straw in the compost (aka substrate), not wood chips. The straw probably came from a horse farm or racetrack. Still, there was some good and useful information in the video. Dad would have a lot to say about the mechanical harvesting. I have picked a few baskets of mushrooms, and I have handled the manual straw loading device (aka pitchfork).

I hate to tell you, but those bales are not wood chips. They are straw Another error is no mention of manure, usually poultry or horse. Straw and manure are composted, which process creates enough heat to kill unwanted organisms.
    Big oversights/errors.

Wow maxed out production or what! But sorry, not comprehensive. Spawn onto agar dish into tiny narrow ended milk bottle! - How'd ya get it out after the mycelium grew out and how many little bottles did they use to keep up with that level of production... That's what we call the real bottleneck {pun intended!} in small scale mushroom farming! Where did the old substrate go after the 2nd/3rd flush? Answer: "Obviously Into a skip which has no bottom". Where did all the (one use) plastic inoculation bags [@3:12] go when they died? - same skip?? Still loved the video :)

My Dad was a commercial mushroom grower. The mycelium from the Petrie dish is inoculated into sterilized grain and allowed to grow through it. Then the bottles are emptied mycelium, now called spawn, which is then used to inoculate the bags of sterile grain. The bags are used to inoculate the composted and pasteurized straw mix.
