@@EVDude in the end, as long as you have fun and it does not hurt anyone, that's how I see it ;) I have my own quirks .. checking videos of cars I'll never buy since I own my cars until they die, enjoying shopping online way too much, being a neat freak, etc .. I guess we are all a little crazy in our own way ;) I'm from Montreal btw, enjoying my RAV4 Prime .. lots of new cars interesting .. the new Santa Fe looks kinda cool .. I might end up buying a Model Y eventually .. they lowered the price recently, again .. but my wife really likes the Prime so ..
Welcome back Bajee! Nice to see more videos of the BZ4X, at least you got tires, mats and cargo mat kit included. 43k seems like a great deal. You gonna redo the LED door controls? I love customizing my bZ. Just ordered some new mags I hope to get soon. RWC TO760. Looking forward to future bZ videos!
It looks good w the aggressive looking snow tires. I’d like to see 10-80 charging in warmer weather conditions. And is there anything you can do to precondition the battery aside from yo yo driving ?

I know you didnt buy the car for its fast charging but its interesting to see that it actually chargers slower then the ionic, the larger battery plus slower charge rate is pretty bad for a car this new
In hindsight, I didnt even realize that. The IONIQ did charge faster and it's an old technology.
What do you think the prospect is going to be for resale or trade-in value in the years to come for the BZ4X?
Very bad I think. Bad press, not enough sales of the new ones. So less demand than offer, I already see prices falling down.
I just got my bz4x. I can’t seem to find a video or article, but am I able to charge the car while the vehicle is on?
Yes you can with the Room mode turned on but your charging speed will be affected. This vehicule has been engineered in a very bad way. Instead of pulling more energy for the heat pump, it sacrifices charging power.
Hi ! How much did you get for the bz4x w/tech used 16k km before taxes? I was a trade-in from your ionic? Thanks.
43k $ for the bz4x and 23k$ for the IONIQ 2020 and good a set of winter tirée (over 1k$).
Wow so the toyota dealer sell at their buying cost around. Average price foe this model is 45k ...

I don't see real value over the Ioniq. Your wife didn't felt safe with the Ioniq? For sure, a new car is fun but the feeling don't last that long. But its an upgrade no contest. A costly upgrade but she must be happy.
