Yin Yoga Hip Stretches for Better Sleep & Tension Release

  • This is a 30 minute yin yoga for hips routine. This yoga class will deeply stretch the hips to release tension, increase flexibility and best of all, promote relaxation helping you to sleep better at night.
    Do this class right before bed to calm the mind and body and drift off into a deep nights sleep or do this in the morning for a relaxing stress relief session starting your day feeling light and relaxed.
    This class incorporates some of the best hip stretches however i highly recommend utilizing props when needed like pillows and or bolsters.
    Remember to always listen to the body and never exceed the sensation of just a stretch, nothing more. If you feel pain do not continue the pose.

    Did a longer video today b/c i just felt I needed it. One pose brought tears to my eyes. Been a rough-ish 2 weeks and feeling the energetic afertmath of it all. Today's practice was a nice relief removing that stale stressed energy. Im probably going to do another one before bed tonight. Thanks Bird! So glad I found you

    Miraculous ! I had a really sore body after a tiring week and this strech was just what I needed ! 30 minutes passed by a flash ❤ Also I love how you combined between the levels of these poses, (pigeon as my favorite)! You are amazing ! Thank you for making this session 💖 love you !

    I didn’t really feel most of these in my hip. Guess I’m too flexible for these moves?
