I made it through and at 72 I appreciate your alternate options especially for jumping jacks and scissor jacks. I found that I could do most of the high intensity movements but knew I was still getting a workout at the lower level or I would modify somewhere in-between. Thanks for your alternate options and for a great workout.
HIIT can help with muscle endurance and definition, but for serious muscle growth, adding strength training with progressive overload is key. Keep pushing! 🔥❤
