I'm so excited to share my latest pancake obsession with you! It's light, fluffy, and has over 20 grams of protein per serving. So easy and perfect for meal prep. Enjoy - XO, Dani
✨❤️I’ve been making the best waffles of my life…so moist and fluffy, made in the blender: eggs, cottage cheese, oats, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, bit of brown sugar. Real ingredients, never will I stray from this recipe ❤️✨
I do the same thing with the Kodiak brand, and Birch benders. Very easy to customize and add additional power house ingredients to make it better for those mornings you just dont feel like making them from scratch. I never thought of prepping the ingredients in advance though! 😁
I prefer your cottage cheese pancake recipe instead of adding whey to the mix, it also works great for waffles! I have eggs and turkey sausage with it anyway so I definitely get enough protein. Thank you for that recipe!
All you need is to soak small red lentils for 30 min in water or plant milk, add some vanilla, a dash of salt and baking power if you must but I like crepes. #vegan, gluten free, good for the animals and the planet ! 🌍🌱#govegan❤
I've used two different brands to yours and it works perfectly (Quaker & Pronto), plus I love adding chia seeds and unsweetened cocoa powder/Black Cocoa powder (sometimes chocolate chips) to the mix as well. It's delicious....❤❤❤
Pancake was delicious Because I used a different protein powder and I added 1 egg instead of egg whites My pancake was 309 calories and 20g of protein 24.5 carbs and 15.5 fat A little more carbs then I wanted but still a better option for the weekend
Great vid, dani ! You are the only one I see on YT ,doing right to use hardboiled EggWHITES instead of a whole egg for protein increase ! Applause on this ! Also the idea with the pre-mix in those jars is awesome ! I ´ll adapt that method for my vegan scrambled egg mix. I once found a really good brand for that, but they discontinued their product, so I "stole" the recipe from an old package by copying their ingredient list. But in hte morning it takes forever, to first measure up the ingredients, so pre-mixing is the method here.
I love this. I make a version using Kodiak Oat/Cinnamon for mini waffles. I'd love to hear some of your other ideas for getting 30g of protein per meal. I don't eat red meat, and I struggle with protein intake.
Absolutely not, that protein powder is overpriced and it has inflammatory ingredients. please don’t support Flav city, just do the research and you’ll see not to use it.
I found your way of cooking very attractive, so decided to subscribe. But I am also a diabetic, and always look for foods with lowest carbs in those. If you’re able to provide the carb counts, please do. I also look for higher protein intake since don’t enjoy meat anymore. Thank you🌹
Hi there! Are you asking how many grams of sugar each pancake should contain? If yes, it's 1 gram. If I am misunderstanding the question - please clarify! Thanks.
I gave this one a try the other day and I found it to be too eggy and dry. I thought maybe it spread out too thin and maybe the Tera's protein powder made it dry or I cooked it too long... not sure. I like the cottage cheese ones much better especially with pumpkin seasoning. I'll give it another try. Wasn't bad or anything, just wasn't my favorite.
I would think the PB fit would bring it up to 30 grams. You can get 6 G protein from PB fit no problem. Also I would think Greek Yogurt would go nicely with this pancake.
I was subscribed for years, but I'm very disappointed with these recipes. How is this clean when highly processed ingredients are used? Everything is from a box, including the egg whites. Terrible. But what do I know, I'm from Europe 🙄 Btw nutritions are in the yolk... if it's from free range chickens 🤦♀️

This looks amazzzzng😮
That looks delicious! I can't imagine being able to flip that pancake, lol.
You should try FlavCity protein powder! Lots of great flavors and great quality ingredients!!!!!
I’ve tried his vanilla whey and loved it!
@@CleanandDeliciousDani All of his flavors are delicious! If you like coffee, definitely try his butter coffee one!

Also the protein powder Good Protein is delicious and is vegan, for those who prefer that. They also have great flavours.
@@gingerella7934 is it yet another over priced protein powder?
Have you ever/could you add peanut butter to these do you think?
I have only added it on top but I bet you could add it to the batter as well - yum!
What is best way to get good pb2 consistency?
Start with just a tablespoon of water, stir, and then slowly add more until you reach a thick, creamy consistency!
Do you have a link for this recipe in print & not video format?

Both would be delicious and an easy way to bump up the protein!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Enjoy!
What if you dont have a pancake mix?
This is probably not the right recipe for you if you don't have any mix on hand.
Than do it from scratch, instead of that highly processed sh*t 🙄
Clean, yeah, right... 🙄🙄🙄
Hello
Hi!
More 30+ grams of protein meals please
Thank for the feedback!
Thank you for the recipe but I would not use non stick pan, is very harmful for your health

That is definitely NOT a 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon 😂😂😂. It looks like a full teaspoon, so why lie when it's so obvious 🤔
It’s still a small amount. Chill out. Use less if it’s too much for you to tolerate, simple as that
