SO... With a little bit more space, A better Cost/sqft and central air is it better than the 661 square foot home we have featured previously? If you didn't see that video ----> th-cam.com/video/WIWMnsr8B-s/w-d-xo.html
When I saw your first video of the similar floor plan I liked it , but let whoever needs to know they may want to build a lot of those so that may have a shot at one . They are going to fly off the market.
@mrgee4310 they are going to start building that floor plan throughout the San Antonio area, supposedly, but overall, this house has done better in the comments than the smaller homes have 🤞
I could totally live in this . Seems someone noticed that it needed a little more space. I like this more than the first .Single people mostly clean for themselves (unless you’re rich or challenged). Also I see 3 bed rooms anyone else? The ultimate empty nest, Bachelor/bachelorette and or Starter Home. Nice !!!🎉
They can be gems for anyone, really. Some people don't prioritize housing over other things, so this might work well for a person who just need a "home base" while they travel. Thanks for the comment. We appreciate it
I’ve grown to love this model and square footage. I just would change the shower layout and give more space for the shower. I would rather do a tiled open shower instead of that insert style shower. To give it that WOW factor because they have the space to do it I’ll lost toilet space for a more open shower at least in one bathroom. I’ll give up the washer and dryer and put a washer dryer combo under the staircase. Even tho I’ll make that my wine and liquor space. But the bathroom shower give me that’s the first thing I’m ripping out. The first thing. But other than that I love the space in this model verse 661sq ft. Even tho I still love that model cuz I’ wanna go tiny living but the 800 and something square ft feels more comfortable going Tiny but still have room comfortably. Love my Fav ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Pardon me for sounding rude, but whoever designed these tiny homes did a half ass job. There's so much space wasted. The one thing that is needed living tiny, is storage & also created in a ergonomically correct way to lessen daily hassles.
Again --- design fail. Ground floor common space has been smashed up against the front door; where will the couch or family eating surface go? (If I see one more uncomfortable tiny house that forces residents to forever perch on bar stools at a counter I'll scream.) The ground floor bathroom needs to be accessible to guests without having to go through someone's bedroom. Do better!

Yes, you could probably make that lift into a 3rd bedroom. I feel like this for plan checks the box for more people even if it's only 220 sqft.
To many rude people here on the comments. America has become prideful and so arrogant. These tiny homes are gems for the needy.

When we heard about this one, we didn't realize that 220 sqft would make such a huge difference, but it does...
So cute house
They are a blank slate ready for a personal touch
Not for me. I see these skinny tall homes like this going in and they look cheap outside and inside.
I still prefer a one story.
Txs for sharing.
Sure thing. They are must one of the many options available.
If guests need to use the restroom, they would have to go through the bedroom.
Or upstairs

I guess

There would be some challenges, that's for sure, but this neighborhood has 350 and 660 sqft homes, so I'm sure they'll figure it out.
