Real talk, this is the best build guide I have seen for DAI and I have watched a ton the past few weeks for my final playthrough before the next game. Conscise, short, and with incredibly well made and organized graphics. Well done instantly subbed and look forward to more builds in this style
All of the builds for this game were found like 10 years ago when it released lol I am just putting the secondary abilities I like in them and trying to put them in a more digestible format to watch
@@Red_Gael And I’m not disagreeing with a single word you just said. I only disagreed with a “people really sleep on Templar” point, because this was really a thing for quite some time after the game’s release, but it changed after the community got their hands on the tech. I didn’t want to appear rude or anything, was just stating the fact I believe to be true.
@@Red_Gael And the format is really good, enjoying watching this series a lot. Your videos will be very helpful to anyone, who will decide to replay the game or even to pick it up in the first place after watching these guides, cause combat gameplay in a well-rounded build looks really fun and rewarding. At least, that’s how I feel.
Awesome guide.. But i prefer to have Cassandra as a templar with me, i rarely play warrior, but always a reaver.. Other two are boring.. Just prefference.. Nice vid!
so i know this build is built around a Human race. but is it possible to do this build with a Qunari? they’re my favorite race and i feel like it’d be badass. now obviously the weapon and armor would be the same, everything except the helmet, or lack there of for the Qunari. do you know of a Vitaar that could be used instead of the helmet you mentioned? any answer will be greatly appreciated, thank you for reading this and praise Andraste
My builds work for any race, humans just look better with armor in this game that’s why I pick them, they also get an extra skill point but it’s not really a huge factor in the build. I’m pretty unfamiliar with Vitaars but any of them that give Crit Damage or Crit Chance would be a good choice like Keen Felandaris or Vitaar of the Dragon Hunter.
Small question: the armor set that displays in most of the video am assuming is a mod? If so would you care to share as the armor you suggest does not look as good 😅
Not sure but think I found it, I guess is “common” knowledge but just in case is not I found the “reaver armor” mod gonna try it out to double check as I see some different “versions” of it.
Yes this is the mod I use www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/834?tab=files it’s not max dps but I care more about drip lol its the “trespasser schematics revised” option
It’s a mod, if your on pc I have a how to mod and a short modlist video on the channel. Takes like 10 minutes, there’s also a lot more options than the one I have.
I use Human because I just think they generally look the best in the game, also gives you an extra ability point which is nice. None of the races really give enough of a benefit to choose them over another, just go with what you think is cool.

these have been great videos! Even the shorts for the companions have been helpful!
Your guides are awesome!!
People really sleep on Templar which is weird because Champion is boring as fuck and Reaver requires being at low health to be maximised.
This build was already found nearly 3 years ago. Titus Dr One Shot has an hour long video going in depth how this Templar’s build works.

Does the combo damage non-humans like dragons too?

How did you change your character profile from the hand to this

Best build is assassin though, you can one shot everything
What race are you using?

The greatsword looks awesome but its too bad I only get it on the last dlc
Once you get it the Golden nug provides it on all future playthroughs onceyou hit skyhold, so there is at least that.
