1 eggplant
1 pack shishito peppers
☆2 tablespoons mirin
☆2 tablespoons miso
☆2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
☆1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
☆1 teaspoon sugar
[How to make]
①Cut off the stem of the eggplant, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600w for 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
Once cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces.
② Remove the stems of the shishito peppers, poke holes in them with a toothpick to prevent them from bursting, place them in a heat-resistant container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes to cook.
