Tom Kha is an important dish of Thai. Every drop of this soup burns thousands of sparks of taste in the mouth. There are no special pastes or spices needed to make Thai tom yum soup. Just mix some experience with some fresh and green ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, Thai ginger, onion, lemongrass, tomatoes and hot chillies and add 1 tablespoon homemade chili paste. Add about one and a half liters of chicken broth. Add kaffir lime and coriander root and boil. And cook until about one liter of broth remains. Then filter it.
Boil all the seafood in boiling water for 20 seconds. So that the dust and odor hidden in it gets eliminated. After that, pour the prepared broth in the pan. When it boils, add coconut milk. Add mushroom, lemongrass, kaffir lime and tomato and let it cook. Add juice of two limes, 1 tbsp tamarind, 1 tbsp fish sauce and balance the sourness with palm sugar. Add basil leaves at the end to enhance the taste. Before serving, serve with coriander leaves and favorite noodles or rice.

Red chili .......................................... 5 to 6 pieces.

tomato ............................................. 1 large
Kaffir lime leaves ............................ 8 to 10 pieces.
Cilantro root .................................... 50 grams.
House made chili paste ................. 1 tbsp.
coconut milk ................................... 200 ml.
palm suger ...................................... To balance the sourness
lime .................................................. 2 pieces.
Fish sauce ....................................... 1 tbsp.
Tamarind pulp ................................. 1 tbsp.
Basil ................................................. 10 to 12 leaves.
