Assuming you select a view like top, front, left side, first. Now you want to bisect along a plane. Is there a way to make the Bisect Tool "constrain" to an angle, rather than having to type adjust the values to 0 numerically afterward?
hey.... got a problem... when i try to bisect i can't select part i want to cut off.... only one small area where is bisect line.... tried shift select,tried in select menu ( one u showed,but or it again selects that area or invert ).... i am trying to cut(bisect) model around it's neck ,humanoid model but fail... not my model.... any reason why i can't select head of my humanoid model?
Hi when I select my geometry to bisect, it says "selecting edges/faces required". How do I solve this? It's for my final year project and I have been struggling for a month. Please help. Thank you.

You have to select all the faces or edges that you want to cut. Maybe you selected the faces or edges not in X_Ray and so only were selected the visible edges or faces.

super cool tool, but why does your bisect keep all the tools checkmark, i have to check them all the time again
what's the plugin you use to repeat that command?
Is there no way to setup a shortcut for Bisect? I seem to be using it alot lately and I can't figure out a way to get into it fast.

you either need to be in edges or faces mode, you are probably in points... keyboard 1 = points / 2 = edges / 3=faces

I have to wonder why the plane normals in the bisect panel are 0 to 1 instead of degrees. Makes it rather un-intuitive.

when i use this tool it doesnt cut the entire side. it only cuts one face. Wehre am i using it wrong?
