Your tank is going to flash rust in an hour after getting all the rust out. How did you stop it from flash rusting??

I have used a concrete Mixer (Brazilian called "betoneira") to shake the fuel tank with stones and water for rust removal

He used rust remover. If I would do something like this I think i would prepare a large quantity of nickel solution (or at least copper) to electroplate the inside of it.
