when you add in the corn starch/water mixture to the sauce to thicken it, is the sauce still being heated or no?
Oh yes, I added when the sauce is being heated at low heat. Remember to keep stirring at this stage.

What is 'seasoning' spice (s) ?
Sometime I use chicken bouillon (shown in this videp), sometime I use mushroom seasoning, which is available in Asian supermarkets. Hope it helps ☺️
It's much easier to use the Instant Pot to cook and then air fryer at the end. And, that's A LOT of ingredients.
