Hi your all recipies are yum....but yahan aapko rubber gloves use nahi kerna chahiye aap apne haatho ka hi use kere aata lagaane mae to badia hae bcz hygiene ka shor machane walo ko pata chulna chahie ki rubber is never good for our health
Sticky means you have added too much water dear .. I have made this roti in at least 2-3 recipe videos . Everytime I have same add water gradually .. jaldi jaldi mein karege toh nahi banta dear

I can suggest you to please follow my recipes.. eat in cooked food small portions and balance with salads and smoothies. Normally I eat 25% cooked food and 75% smoothies, raw salads and leafy vegetables. I try to eat every 2-3 hours .. drink a lot of water and exercise daily. Make sure you sleep on time and wake up on time .

I tried this for nachni but nachni (ragi) is already so sticky due to 0 gluten I couldn't make a single bhakri until I added rice flour 😕

These are medicinal gloves and isse zyada safe kuch nahi hai. I use it to protect my fingers and nails

Mam mera ragi ka aata grm pani me dalne k bad bhot ptla ho jata he
Water quantity kum kijiye - 1 cup atta and 1 cup water. Then while kneading atta u can add more water if need be
