How long?
With branding you don’t have to cook the other side for that long. Leave it for a minute and the residual head should finish it off
So just salt and pepper

It keeps the skin from curling up when heat is applied
Is it saltwater bass idk u can eat the skin man I gotta know what fish to eat saltwater with skin
