      @@loungingwithlenny I made it and it came out fantastic! The fish was cooked perfectly. I did add a dash of honey with the carrots also, so delicious. Thank you so much.

    This looks like a good recipe. I have one question though; is the sauce still hot by the time you have strained it and cooked the vegetables?

    If I dont have white wine, what can I use as a substitute?

    • @loungingwithlenny
      @loungingwithlenny  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you do not have it you can skip that step. Or instead of wine use water or chicken stock.

      The lemon butter sauce came out beyond delicious!! The fish was already good but once I added the sauce it gave it that amazing kick! I could just imagine how much better it would be with white wine. 👍

    Delicious recipe but it KILLED my frying pan with baked on grease (I had to use it for 3 batches of fish). Cleaning it was so hard, I don't know if I want to make it again. Any suggestions?

    • @loungingwithlenny
      @loungingwithlenny  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Try to use non stick pan.

    • @rachelrudensky
      @rachelrudensky 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@loungingwithlenny Certainly worth a try, though I note that the cook in the video addressed the issue of pans in general and he stated explicitly that he prefers the regular pans because he thinks it creates a crispier skin. I wonder whether I should use a bigger pan so that I don't have to use it as long for so many batches. The more the pan cooks, the worse the grease bakes on.

    • @loungingwithlenny
      @loungingwithlenny  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rachelrudensky if you are making 1 fish fillet you can use small pan but if you are using more then one you get larger pan. You can also sear the fish by batches. Make sure when you are ready to sear the fish pan should be hot and have enought of oil. Otherwise it will stick to the pan.
