- This time I will talk about the methods necessary to keep your body floating on water.

Hóng mãi video của Thầy Ayusawa về bơi lội, hôm nay mới có, vui biết chừng nào. Lại thêm kiến thức LÝ LUẬN về bơi, mà mặc dù mình đã bơi sải, bơi ếch được rồi, kỹ thuật theo Thầy khá là tốt, tự cảm nhận và có quay video lại, nhưng thực lòng chưa được hoàn mỹ lắm, được xem video của Thầy về kỹ thuật này, thấy mình vẫn hơi chìm chìm là khi bơi.
