    That was a very comprehensive video Sameer ! comparing two assets by reducing them to a common denominator. So essentially the highlights are that apartments allow leverage through loans and that changes the ROI significantly. If tax and rent and guard etc are factored, the apartments can become a plus, provided the selection of apartment has been well thought.

    Hello Sameer. Very informative video. Basically low investment, tax benefits in flat make it more viable option.
    Using home loans to build RE portfolio for healthy monthly cash flows is what I am also trying to do.
    I have started by investing in 1,2 bhk flats in affordable housing projects in Gurgaon.
    Till now, i have not used the home loans. Used my funds only.
    Your video clarifies most doubts.. thank you
