    You must be planning to pick up feather pillows with this outfit.

      It’s a gantry for wrapping Large battery backup cells with plastic for shipping. It’s not for lifting heavy equipment.

    Im stoked about this burn table. I have been eye balling getting a burn table for a while now. I have about a years worth of projects before I can get serious about getting one. I'll be good to see someone go through the journey before I pull the trigger. Please don't hesitate to cover any mistakes, growing pains, or need to knows so I can learn as you go. Thanks for the great content.

      I will definitely try to share the good, the bad, and the ugly. I hope that list continues to get smaller for you. I hope I can give you some insight before you get your own. Thanks for watching!

    I love how confident Bridger is at reading a tape measure you would not believe how many groan men comes in suppose to be welders that can't read a tape measure that's one of the first test I give welders now is to see if they can read a tape, and what's bad is they don't teach kids in grade school how to read a ruler

      @@wendell454 This is very true. It’s a shame-the long list of things that aren’t taught in school anymore. It is a skill that can serve them for the rest of their lives. Thanks for watching!

    I work at a caster manufacturer that deals with a lot of fab shops that build gantrys for their customers. Would like to extend to you our OEM pricing so you can have better casters at a better price.

    What brand and size of CNC Plasma did you get. BTW nice shop. I used to manufacturer Gooseneck trailers ( since 1998) in East Texas and shut it down and now do my own thing with no more baby sitting

      I ordered a 5x10 Koike shop pro. Thanks, it’s a work in progress. I don’t really have anyone to babysit, I like it that way. Sounds like you do too.😁 Always nice to make friends with other folks in the same trade. Thanks for watching!

    Great shop you have! Question about your welder. Is it a 255? and if so, do you just use the auto set on 1/8 and C25 with 0.35 wire? And how do you like that machine.
    I just got one myself.

    • @Freedomfabrication777
      @Freedomfabrication777  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it is a 255. I do just use the autoset function. Very quick and easy, and I like how it runs. It has been a great welder for me. I hope to buy a 355 pulse with a push/pull gun for mig aluminum in the future. Thanks for watching!

    • @michaelbigelow367

      @Freedomfabrication777 my 255 has pulse, and there is a push pull gun available for it. I have a spoolgun for my 255 at this time, and I use it on pulse for my aluminum jobs. It works very, very well. The last job I ran about 4 small roles of wire through it and no overheating. The pulse regulates the heat input to the material. I love it!
      Thanks for sharing your experience.

      @@michaelbigelow367 I have thought about buying the push/pull gun for it, but worried that it wouldn’t have enough power to do big jobs. How thick of material have you welded with it?

    • @michaelbigelow367
      @michaelbigelow367 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Freedomfabrication777 I have welded 3/8 mild steel with it. Absolutely no problem doing a job with it. It has loads of power and heat. I tested 1/2 inch mild steel and again seemed like it had lots of power and heat but 1/2 inch is at the top end of what they say it is rated for so yes if you needed to do a job that called for 1/2 inch and it was a bigger job you maybe pushing your machine. As far as the push-pull gun goes, it should be interchangeable with the 255 and the 355 . I would just make sure you get the bigger push-pull that will handle the power of the 355 when the time comes.
      I have a spoolmatic 30A spoolgun for my 255, and it works excellent. If I were doing bigger aluminum jobs, then I could justify the push-pull.

      @@michaelbigelow367 Yeah, my 255 has been great on steel. It has done everything I’ve ever needed it to do, But for aluminum, I think I will definitely go with the 355 with the alumapro gun, just to make sure I have the amperage to weld heavy aluminum.

    How in the heck are you going to get that to the customer? It's yuuuge! 😂 I was thinking you were going to cut it apart and make it so the top piece is attached with hardware so it'd break down flat.

      I guess I should’ve included video of how we fit it on the trailer. It was definitely one of those scenarios where we had to get a little “creative”, but we got er’ done!

      Thanks, I’m pretty pumped. I think it’s gonna be a game changer. I bought a 5x10 Koike shop pro, and it comes with flashcut CNC software. Seems pretty intuitive. I’ve got some experience with plasma cam, arc light dynamics, shop Sabre and hornet at previous jobs. I demoed this table and loved a lot of the features and software. I appreciate the offer for advice, You might regret that.😁 do you have a water table or down draft?

      I’ve always wanted to go to Fabtech. Maybe some day. My table does have torch height control on it. One question, what the heck do you do with the liquid from the pan when you clean it? I’ve tried to find answers everywhere, and it’s like the elephant in the room. Any info would be appreciated.
