The best explanation I got is that because his Senses are so heightened he can make out details like color through the smell of dyes or different bits of fabric. And he could get an even more detailed image by touching him in all of their numerous fights. But this is just how I see it, I have no idea what the writers had in mind.

He can arguably „see“ better than most heroes who still have their eyesight. There exist Daredevil comics out there where you get to „see“ what he „sees“. So he can certainly make out how a costume is designed, what it’s made of etc. but I have no clue how he knows what color said costume (or even their skin) is

He’s extremely well trained in using his heightened senses, and if the only thing these drugs effect are his eyes, he should be able to tell just by using his other sense that it wasn’t really Bullseye. And if the drug was meant to affect his other senses too….how does Kingpin know to do that? He just knows that Matt Murdock is blind and very well trained. What’s a shame is if you remove the edge lord bullshit from it, you have the making of a pretty cool story. Matt Murdoch gets these new eyes, but they’re drugged so he sees hallucinations. However instead of killing Foggy by accident, he catches himself and has to rely on his other senses while ignoring his eyes so he can find a cure. That could be an intense story in its own right.
@@pyrospike ya but the eyes were in his head as soon as the surgery was done but he didn't hallucinate until getting home even though after losing his eyes the hallucinations continue so he didn't need to see in order to hallucinate. he should of been hallucinating as soon as the new eyes were in his head

It's an Argentinian-italian decennial comic and a channel just started to translate it in English a few days ago and it was NEVER translated, so if you want to try it ~ :) The youtube channel is something like EL RINCON DES LAS HISTORIETAS, but you'll find the first issue just by typing " Dago in English " :) REALLY recommend it, it talks about a 1500s' "italian" man enslaved by Ottomans and his journey through MENA as a slave-soldier and then through freedom. If you give it a try they'll probably continue translating it. Just a suggestionnnnn~°•♡
