Michael refers to factors of our perspective and strong attachment to a body in a dream, this brings to mind his previous explanations that, as Bhagavan points out, it all comes down to our strength of identification of ourself as’I am this body’.
Because in the waking state we are strongly identified with the gross body and the subtle body. In dream there is no identification with the gross body, only the subtle body is weakly associated.
Are the dream state and the waking state both children of the Barren Woman !? When we say that a dream seemed real until we woke up - what is it that gave the dream the illusion of being real ? When we are awake what is it that gives that state it's sense of being real ? Do both states take their reality from the One True Reality - in the same way that the moon seems to shine by its own light but in reality is reflecting the light of the sun !? 🙏🕉️
