Nice little food court and beer hall. My wife and I stayed at the Lucky Hotel for a few days during our recent trip in October. Not even a hint of any plans for that space while we were there. Things seem to change quick in BKK!
I'll be there on the 27th. Can't hardly wait. This will be my second time to Bangkok. So close to retirement and I am already planning to spend some good years in Thailand

I stayed at the lucky hotel first week in November and they were building the structure at the back. Then stayed for a night on return end of November and was looking closer to completion. Be interesting to see what time music and bars / market open till as suddenly all those hotel rooms overlooking it will be less desirable but great to have lots of opens close by albeit not great if you want an easy night in 😂
The Hilton on Soi 24? This is on Soi 26. It just opened Dec 9th. Fun new spot. Make sure to give it a try. If you stay at the Hilton again, cut through the sister property Doubletree. You'll almost be there. Also swing by Queen Bee and say hi to the owner John on the patio most evenings. Great guy

They sure do change fast. No 2 year process to get a building permit. This food court is going to be great. Say hello next time you're in town

It's open until midnight. Works for me. Bangkok is a late night city. I hate all the noise being made at 10am when I'm trying to sleep. Ha ha
