I replaced the battery, starter and alternator and still have the problem. I don't hear any clicks. I've researched, and it may be a relay in the fuse box. The relays are built into the fuse box.
Here's an update... once I replaced the relay module my accord still continued with the problem. I retraced my previous repares and found out that the new NAPA starter went bad. A second new starter finally fixed my no start. I do believe my original no start was the relay module.

My buddy’s Honda has the same problem. Starter was replaced two years ago. These cars must eat starters.

Replacing the starter doesn't always solve this issue! Usually the starter problem returns a few months later.
Fast forward to the 14-minute mark when he finally gets to the point. Monetization is the death of succinctness. 😅
