    I’ve been there many times. Excellent brisket, sausage and ribs. So glad you did a review on them.

    My experience here wasn't great but I think it's because I went an hour before they were closing. Based on what I had, I wouldn't return but I should probably go when they first open to see if it's any better.

      nope. Growing in in Texas i didnt go to blacks till recently. Hard pass for me. Smittys way before Blacks and i wasnt a huge fans of Smittys. Davids BBQ in Pantego if you ever in the DFW area. TRUST. Hell ill even take Colters over Blacks.

      Go at a different time! It’s been great the many times I’ve eaten there over several years. Have you ever had Rudy’s BBQ? That’s s mediocre 💩....

      The first time we went in we didn't record a video and the experience was ok, but the beef rib was still really good. The second time was around lunch and it was a great experience so I'd say it's worth a second try if you are down that way again.

    smoke the chicken on high indirect heat and every 15 minutes brush the skin with clarified butter. done

      Love it! 🙌🏻 We also like it with tallow though that requires a few more steps/prep.

      Thanks! Helps when we are out. The first time at Snows we had 10 people or so ask who we were and if we were shooting some kind of TV show. 😂

    FYI their sausage isn’t all beef. It’s 90% beef. 10% pork.
