You want to drive the 918 with all that horsepower with electronics off :D? it will be undrivable ,, even when all electronics off you need a bit of help to control these cars

@@blanntaka , is awd drive, so it's better with that drivetrain because all 4 wheels have grip. Even the rear wheels move opposite for handling.
the grip on that turn at the beginning of the video was killer
not to mention the insane speed it had reached in such a short distance! thats over 1200nm of torque for ya... unbelievable!
The acceleration in the 918 is just brutal. It's so good it's scary.

Dude kept breaking in line at the drag race. I would have told him, "I love your car, but this line works like all the other ones, it starts back there!" I guess he feels too special to sit in line. That lane change maneuver at the beginning shows how insanely fast the 918 is. What a car!

The P1, the 918 and La Ferrari were lap tested by Tiff and Chris Harris at Portimao. The P1 had Trofeo R tyres and set a fastest laptime of 1.52 at Portimao.
But over 20 of the World superbikes stock 600 riders set qualifying laps of 1.48 on the same track with similar weather conditions. Infact Danillo pertruci did a 1.45 second lap on Stock Ducati 1098R back in 2011 and Tom Sykes did a 1.41 back in 2011. The Tests at Laguna revealed similar results, all cars were 8 to 11 seconds slower than the bikes.
