Qigong Warm-ups & Easy Tai Chi - 30-min with Don Fiore

- TaiChiHealthProducts.org presents another 30-minute free class with Don Fiore. He begins with comments about breathing and how to test vitamins to see if they are good for your body. Then after Rocking Motion, there are some Qigong Warm-ups that were not in the first 30-minute class. The second half has Easy Tai Chi moves. Don goes into such detail that this class is very much like giving a teacher training.
The volume is as loud as I can make it. One student said she used closed captions on her tv while doing the first 30-minute class, and that helped.
The class after this one will have even more Tai Chi movements.

Excellent routine and thank you so much for the demonstration of the yay or nay of vitamins etc. I put that to the test immediately and found that one product I was sure was giving me problems, was! I will test again tomorrow per your suggestion for confirmation. X

I know quite a few channels regarding Qi Gong, Tai Chi, 8 Brocades and Louhan Patting, the chanel here by Don and Tori is far ahead and amazing, not only by the high quality of the exercises shown and their correctness, they are easy to follow and understandable, last but not least it works and one can feel the spirit and warmness by Don given. Thank you I just tried it with the magnesium and vit D I just went forward. I must thank you I knew about you when covid and start working out with you i lost weight but then this year I put it all back a week ago went to the doc and both my pressure and weight was up my knees are hurting so I had stop because of pain in knee I need to come back down to 130 lbs tell me what to do
I'm not a doctor - so not allowed to give advice. I keep hydrated, walk each day and do gentle Tai Chi.
