    I did martial arts for years and can no longer do it because of my knees. My discovering your videos had given me new motivation. The soft style has been something I knew existed all of my life and now I discovered it. Thank you Don.

    Thank you for all your videos. I've been doing taichi for 3 months now and I thoroughly enjoy it. I do it first thing in the morning and some times I'll do it again in the afternoon. Your instructions are very clear. I can turn the sound off for some of your videos and just follow along in silence which I find very relaxing.
