    I have numerous health issues, including exhaustion. I tried yoga, got a hernia trying sit-ups trying Pilates, but Don Fiore's qi gong, and Louhan Patting, helps me so much. I even got my 83 year old Aunt, who has a heart problem (heart failure), and extremely painful arthritic knee, to do the sit-down exercises. We are VERY grateful. Thank you.

    I found out I am in heart failure with the ejection fraction of 20. Funny that I don't have any symptoms. It was found during a routine echocardiogram. Doctor said probably because I am very active doing weight training, dancing for aerobics, and I walk at least 5 miles per day. I also included my favorite of all...my Don Fiore! I try to do them in the sunshine. It makes me happy and it feels amazing. May I ask you Don, where did you purchase your shirt? Thank you for all you do for us! Namaste

    I commented earlier. But I love your sense of humor. I used to be 4'10", now I'm 5'10". The Queen Elizabeth wave.lol. I dropped my pearl but I picked it up. I wonder if it's cool to integrate your exercises with other styles that I've been working on. Thanks a lot, David.

    Hi Don. Greetings from the Scottish Borders. I have various neurological and other health problems. I have started doing this class when I wake up. I can certainly feel the benefits after only a few days. Do you have a short session I could do at bedtime? Many thanks.

    As always great exercise with great results. Only the sound in the backyard is much better and there is not that noise what I hear in this video. Also the editing could be better but overal it is a great contribution what you are giving to the world Don Fiore. Greetings from Amsterdam 👋
