is there any place on there to delete or add The channels do you want to scan doing it through the manager is a really big pain

You can manually add in channels through chirp & delete them or by using the radio you can do a vfo reset of the channels then just reupload your edited chirp list.

Great overall, but why the American pull down? Most of us Brit’s will all want roughly same thing ( including CB bands). Thanks for this though useful info.

Hi ,so the tutorial shows you how you can put in your longitute & lattitude this will find your local repeaters which are close to you , CB bands are only from 26.965 to 27.405 MHz easier just to set a scan range up which if egzumer I have on my tutorial on using that :) but you will need a cb antenna for the 27mhz the stock antenna is not designed for 27 mhz.

Hi, yes for ham radios 2m & 70cm which is what these radios were designed for use for you do need a license to use them tansmit TX, join my bulletin board if you want to learn more about these radios tjrcuk.serv00.net

Us amateurs can transmit on the 70cm band. But my quansheng can only tx on 2m. How can I fix that?

I found the menu that turned on the 440 band for TX. It was farther up the menu.

Chirp will NOT work on the UV-K5.

where can I find the setting?

Also not able to enter other frequencies like 27mhz in CHIRP. I can enter them manually on the Quansheng.
