worth mentioning when it comes to selling your business your temps are worth a lot more then perm since it’s on going
100% !! In fact perm agency don't even get half the offer amounts even if the gross revenue is the same. Good point 👉🏼
Hi bro Hope you are well, if you don't mind me asking why are those worth more then permanent positions ? Isn't a permanent contract meant to mean that you keep taking the percentage off the candidates pay cheque for as long as they work there?

Hello, I live in the USA, my case is a bit weird. So at my current job there are two workers that are through the temp agency. They’re not getting paid more because the boss is already paying enough to the agency. My question is can I start an agency where I get to pay them m. I really don’t want the money. Just enough to save more insurance,works comp and some money so they can get a bounus at the end of year or even pay sick days. If someone can help out with this. Also how does it look like if I wanted to operate this from my home.

Also do you think buying a CV library/Reed/Monster CV viewer subscription is a sensible investment
If you have lots of jobs yes amd revenue coming in. Depends your sector.
Cv library and total jobs are the best. Reed is only good for finance and Monster is a waste of money

I would always recommend perm agency first
Quick question on the compliance checks. If I do all the compliance checks do those documents from the contractor need to go anywhere or will the client trust my judgement and will the umbrella company also pay the contractor like the temp workers
The umbrella company will check everything is correct before you can have the candidate work for you so you would send it to them in order for them to get paid. Some work differently though

Both depends on the agency. Usually the candidate does

@@kadzmoney You dont have "follow-ups" on there just the initial first email as you know some clients dont respond to just the first email, some it takes 3/4 or even 5 emails before they respond

No, however, I did work for a few agencies in the past but right now I have decided to start my own temp agency in blue-collar construction. Without sounding corny, it was actually your videos that helped me largely along my journey.

I do have one question: What is the best time to discuss charge rates with the client? And if so, would you discuss the pay rate with them. As I am currently taking on a client with two big roles.
