Can you explain the half to equal rule? Wouldn't we want to be seeing as less as possible for 'staffing agency' as this would mean less competition? thanks!
It’s like in sales, sometimes you can make more money as an individual performer than managing a team. You have a lot more freedom and aren’t dependent on other peoples success. Managing people is an entirely different skill set.

I think the renewable energy sector is good, think that be hard to recruit qualified candidates? Will be a long term thing, was going do drivers but looking at better niche and less agency competition
Can I ask buddy i'm possibly looking to give recruitment a try having worked in retail for a number of years but willing to give it a go and try hard. What is it like learning the basics can you give a little more info on the job? I would say i'm not scared to speak to people and engage with them. It's more of learning the ins and outs how long does it take to really find your feet?

It is certainly not a new sector. I would source from all of those for sure
It all depends what city you live in and what nices is the most demand. Were I live Technology and Financial is the most demanding job sector.
