@@recruitemy Will this also work to start a HEAD HUNTER COMPANY, based in the U.S. but hiring mainly in LATAM (for example: PERÚ)? I have been looking into it, (VA) but I have doubts about how the payments get done to the employees over there, and all the legalities behind. Thanks! I am very interested in your course but I don’t have so much capital to be honest. I used to work in a Bank Headquarters in my country (Lima, Perú) and I have a lot of experience working with teams and so over there, but I don’t understand very well all the legalities behind so I can do a Business in the right way. I also have friends over there that have experience in HR Management in case my Business idea work and scale, BUT I again I would like to have more clarity about it.

If you can invest on platforms like Linkedin and monsters to look for a best talent, then you need to hunt a client first. Lets just say you have to look for candidates on your own and you don't have enough money to run ads. Then it is important you make a pool of best candidates first so you do not delay in delivering to the clients. It varies from case to case

I think the reason 99% clicked to watch is how to find clients not candidates that's the easy part imo.

My script would be similar to yours without all the fluff. I'm on the company end, not the recruiter end.
We've received countless emails with similar fluff "before it's too late", "amazing opportunity".
Maybe it's different on that side of the world.
We'd prefer you being straight forward here.
We have X employee with Y amount for years experience working at Z company/industry.
Maybe a little message about how you're different to other recruiters doing the exact same thing and saying the same script
